Shipping /Delivery
- All shipping and associated charges are at the purchaser’s expense and are not included in the purchase price of
the pet. Please consider the cost of the shipping crate /container/feed bowls and what ever items that are required. I will
do my best to purchase what you need at the lowest prices I can find, and I will charge you the exact amount I paid for it.
- All shipping and associated shipping charges must be paid in full prior to shipping and are non refundable.
- We live a fair distance from the airport and must charge a delivery fee to help cover our expenses. The delivery charge
to the airport may be up to but not exceeding 30.00
- On occasion we may be able arrange delivery with an independent carrier to much of the GTA, Kitchener and Niagara. All
charges are at the purchaser’s expense.
- On occasion we do ship Internationally. It can be costly and it is up to the purchaser to provide all legal papers and
documents and to cover all expenses prior to shipping the pet.
- In Accordance to USA regulations, we do not ship any small mammals of African origin (whether they are born in Canada
or not into the USA) We may be able to deliver to the closest border crossing but the importer must deal with customs
Payment
- Online banking (Interac), cash & money orders ...NO CHEQUES!
- A minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to hold a pet. Only once a deposit has been received will we hold
a pet and the animal must be picked up on the date arranged and agreed upon. If is not picked up on that date, the pet will
be placed up for sale and the deposit will not be refunded.
- No animal leaves our home without first being paid in full and all non-cash funds must be cleared at our bank first.
- Under no circumstances are we responsible for transportation/delivery fees, shipping costs, Medical/Veterinary expenses
or any costs other than the actual sale price of the animal (S) that is as specified on the bill of sale.
Guarantee … "In part" (The Purchaser will receive a completed copy when the animal is picked up at my home)
- All animals leave our home in apparent good health. We would never knowingly sell a sick or injured animal.
- Once an animal leaves our home we guarantee its' health (only) for a period of ten days. This guarantee only applies to
congenital or contagious illness and is null and void should this animal suffer injuries or neglect while in the purchasers’
care.
- We do not offer a health guarantee if you choose to have your animal shipped/delivered. In that case we only guarantee
live arrival. ( we just don’t know how it will be cared for on route)
- If your pet becomes ill or dies (within 10 days), from a contagious illness or a congenital defect you can return the
pet to us, within 24 hours. If we have a replacement animal available at that time, we will replace the animal with another
animal of equal value or not exceeding the value of the original purchase price of the pet. In the case of contagious illness
(although rare) we may suggest that you wait a while before taking a new animal home. If we do not have a replacement animal
available, we will notify you when one does become available. No cash refunds...replacement
only
Under no condition will we reimburse Shipping charges, Veterinary bills or any associated or additional charges. In the
event that the purchaser decides to seek medical attention for their pet, the purchaser assumes’ all costs associated
with this decision.
