We know that many breeders continue to breed their hedgehogs well into their prime. However, we do not feel that this is
ethical nor is it necessary. We have found that by retiring our hedgehogs into pet homes earlier gives the animal an opportunity
to become a much-loved pet. We retire all of our hedgehogs from our breeding program between 8 months to 18 months of age
and offer them to pet homes at reduced prices. (please see our price guide)
On occasion we have other hedgehogs that we may be contemplating retiring. They are not always listed on our site. If
