Payment...
A minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to hold a pet. Only once a deposit has been received will we hold
a pet for a specific time period previously agreed upon. If the pet is not picked up on or before the date then the pet will
be placed up for sale and the deposit will not be refunded.
- We only accept payment via direct deposit or online banking for online purchases or deposits and require cash payment
to be paid in full, at the time of pick-up ...NO CHEQUES!
- No animal leaves our home without first being paid in full (that also includes shipping and delivery charges.)
- Under no circumstances are we responsible for any transportation/delivery fees, shipping costs, Medical/Veterinary expenses
or any additional costs other than the actual sale price of the animal (S), specified on the bill of sale.
- Unless you have confirmed a purchase with us, NEVER send money assuming that the hedgehog you are interested
in is still available. It happens quite often that several people are interested in the same animal all at the same time.
If we agree to hold an animal for you, we will set a time and wait until such time to receive your deposit. If in the meantime
someone else sends a deposit for the same animal we will not accept his or her deposit until after the set time that we have
agreed upon has passed. If we do not receive your deposit and you have not notified us to make other arrangements, the next
person who sent a deposit will be excepted and the animal will be considered sold to them and all other deposits will be rejected.
- If you are used to doing online banking, it is probably the most convenient way to pay. Call us first to confirm your
total then all you need to do is to send an Email money transfer. If you don’t know how to send an email money transfer
feel free to call us and we will guide you through the process.
- You are also welcome to call ahead to obtain information to make a direct deposit into our bank account. However this
method is not always convenient for most people.
If you are from out of town and cannot make the trip in person and you feel uncomfortable prepaying or sending money over
the Internet, we understand. But unfortunately there is little we can say to make you feel more at ease and we wish you the
best of luck in finding the perfect pet.
