- If a licensed veterinarian finds the pet identified by this guarantee to be ill, or if it shall die
or require euthanasia within 10 days of purchase, Heritage-pets will replace your pet with another pet of equal value, without
cost to the purchaser, within thirty days. “Proof will be required”
- Heritage-pets will under no conditions pay for any medical expenses, veterinarians’ bills or
associated charges.
- Do to quarantine issues and for the saftey of our own animals, once an animal leaves Heritage-pets,
we will not under any circumstances take the animal back. If the purchaser(s) has landlord disputes, allergies, trainability
issues, or if for any other reasons is no longer able to provide for this pet, please give us a call to discuss the situation.
Although we will not take the animal back we may be able to help you find a more suitable home for the animal.
I the purchaser(s) understand and guarantees:
The pet(s) purchased will be cared for in the best manner possible at all times and it will never
be sold or given to a lab, pet store, humane society or rescue organization.
That this animal is being sold as a pet only. It will not be allowed to breed and that pedigrees are
not available to animals being sold with a ‘ PET quality non
breeding’ Hedgehog, and that Heritage-pets does
not guarantee breed conformation, personality or reproductive ability of the pet.
All veterinary requirements are to be met at the purchasers ’ expense.
That if I the purchaser choose to have
an animal shipped that I assume all costs of shipping. Shipping is a separate purchase and is not a part of the actual purchase
price of the pet and ALL shipping costs or associated charges are non-refundable.
Heritage-pets does not knowingly sell pets to anyone under the age of 18 and requires any person under
18 years of age to have a guardian/parent present at the time of pick-up. Then the guardian/parent will be required to sign
this guarantee and assumes all responsibility for the pet described above and for this guarantee.

To prevent unnecessary health risks to your new pet or to others pets in your home, we suggest
that you quarantine your new pet for at least a 14 day period.
