to have a hedgehog by? We appreciate that many people drive from far away, sometimes as far away as other provinces and need
to plan well in advance to pick up a hedgehog. If you need to have one on a certain date and time (because of logistics or
because it is a gift, etc.) please list exact date and explain why you need it that day. (Sometimes if we know in advance
we may be able to arrange our day around your schedule.) Are there any additional comments that

my son! ETC) I have cared for or owned a hedghog before. I have done a lot of research. I have looked at the price guide on your site and understand
that prices do vary according to colour, age and gender. Besides the cuteness factor, why have
you decided to get a hedgehog versus another type of pet? Do small children share your home? Hedgehogs
are very cute, small children who want a pet they can cuddle, may not welcome them. If you are sure that your child is ready
for a pet hedgehog you may want to consider a hedgehog that is a bit older. Usually a teenage hedgehog, over sixteen weeks
of age, has already gone through their initial quilling. By then their quills are slighter thicker and are not as uncomfortable
to tender hands. How many other pets do you have in your
home? What types? Are you the primary caregiver to those pets? We as responsible pet caregivers, need to accept that every
pet requires a certain amount of time if it is to be cared for responsibly. Do you have the time? Can you arrange to pick up the hedgehog
at our home or will you require shipping or delivery? If you live out of our area (or province) and require delivery whether
by land or by air, have you looked at our shipping page to get an idea of what your additional charges will be? While the
costs associated with shipping seem quite reasonable, this may be a deciding factor on whether or not you want to pursue purchasing
a hedgehog from us. I would like to purchase a hedgehog to keep as a pet.
